Tom’s passion is working with organizations on complex transformations from initial project strategy through program execution, helping to both reduce risk and optimize benefits. Tom brings over 20 years of consulting and business experience, including deep competence with both custom software development and packaged applications. He has worked across several industries, with extended focus on retail, manufacturing and distribution, and supply chain and logistics. Additionally, Tom founded a mobile platform company to help consumer brands connect with customers during live sporting events. Tom’s consulting and entrepreneurial experience give him the advantage of multiple perspectives for building B2B and B2C solutions.
Tom co-founded Cuesta because he believes in a different, more pragmatic model to solve complex problems for clients. Cuesta’s objective approach allows him to derive unbiased technology solutions for his clients, and he loves the freedom to work at multiple levels, from senior executives to front line employees. It is this flexible, non-hierarchal and objective approach that enables Tom to deliver more creative and impactful outcomes for his clients.
Tom lives in Chicago with his wife, Kate, and three children. He loves playing and watching sports, especially the Cubs (most days). On weekends, he can be found coaching his kids soccer teams or cheering on the sidelines, attempting to not be “that dad”.
