Lauren highly values direct communication and is enthusiastic about helping her clients connect the dots across disparate parts of their organization. She is passionate about helping clients remove silos and barriers in their organizations to streamline their operations. Her experience spans IT strategy, transformation execution, complex program management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Cuesta, Lauren spent six years working at global management consulting firms focusing on program management, enterprise software solutions, and technology transformations. Lauren has worked across a variety of industries including retail, consumer products, cybersecurity, telecommunications and healthcare.
Lauren joined Cuesta because she was inspired by their people-first culture. She is excited to be a part of the Software Systems and Platforms practice and to help Cuesta’s clients solve their most pressing challenges.
Lauren lives in Chicago, Illinois with her rescue dog. On the weekends she can be found spending time on Lake Michigan or traveling to visit friends and family across the country.
