Shannon brings nearly 15 years of consulting experience combined with 20 years of industry experience at a Fortune 100 retailer. She has worked across nearly every retail segment as well as with other consumer-facing industries such as CPG, travel, hospitality, and financial services. She specializes in helping her clients improve their business performance by applying her broad experience and knowledge of the changing consumer landscape, acting as a liaison between business and IT, and leading her team to deliver exceptional results on every engagement.
Select focus areas include IT strategy, digital customer experience, product management, agile transformation, consumer research, operating model strategy, talent strategy, and e-commerce.
Shannon lives in Northwest Florida with her husband, Brian, and chocolate lab, Tucker. She enjoys spending time with her adult children and grandbabies, reading books, walking the beaches of the Emerald Coast, and exploring chef-owned restaurants and local businesses.
